I get a start program error when I boot up.
The SYSTRAY.PYD file is linked to missing export PRPLPMGR.DLL PopUpMgrGetStaticWhiteListVersion
This is related to the fact that I cannot install/run wnaccel410
I have down loaded the program, but when I try to run it I get:
C:\PROGRA~1\AT&TWO~1\TRAYCTL.EXE
Any advice?
Is AT&T or EarthLink your current ISP?

I think I will need to get a new install disk…mine is 6.2 and about 6 years old.
Yes, try uninstalling and reinstalling the AT&T software. You can download it here . Also uninstall the web accelerator and reinstall from here if you want to keep using it.
