You’ve affirmed what many of us assumed in the first place–basically, you’ve been under stress and just made a bad call. It happens to all of us–it’s just that in a way, yours is a bit more public. Fun for you.

I feel compelled to note that my protestations earlier were not a result of some personal vendetta against you (as some “liberty”-minded folks seem to think), but rather based on a concern that the rules had changed without any sort of notification.
As I said before, you do a great job, one I certainly couldn’t do. Your administration is a major reason I’ve been here for more than three years.
