Of course I mean “To make that Little Train That Could sound.” 
But it was nothing like that. I kind of felt cheated when I was the last. Sure I won the contest, but I had just gotten there and when I went in, the party had just been declared over. 
No party, just a bunch of hats and litter on the floor.
