Whether or not he’s going to bring in the lawyers and fight and make it nasty and pointless, who knows. But waiting for Ohio to finish counting is fair and it sounds like they’re going to do that at the very least.

And so was Bush. . . this time. Thereis no evidence for any foul play by the GOP, so bitter as it is, we must accept that Kerry was defeated.
As a gay man, I’m hurt and horrified that so many of my fellow Americans believe that I do not deserve equal rights in this society. But unlike DtC, my anger is not flaming and raging–it is focused and intense, like the blue white glare of a propane welding torch.
American is my country and it’s going to nee my help. I’m gopint ot get even more involved in politics. I’m getting that graduate degree and I’m going to find a platform to be heard. Change will be slow, but it can happen if we can talk with our fellow citizens and not at them.
Things are going to be very bad here, and rage is not the answer, action is.

And don’t pick on Brutus and Bricker for gloating. It’s their night and their victory, and they are behaving just the way DtC would if Kerry had won.
I don’t know what you think has been proven. I predicted this would happen. I said all along that I had no faith in the American people to do the right thing.
Maybe there’s still a glimmer, though. It looks like Ohio might still come through, and barring that we’ve got the lawsuits. If all else fails, there’s impeachment. A lot of Bush scandals are going to ripen and bear fruit in the coming year. Nothing has been won or lost. We have not yet begun to obstruct.
Is it just me, or does anyone else think that maybe DtC will stop posting, and it’ll be weeks later that we find out he was found in his house after eating a gun?
