"Conservative media co-ordinates on the release of 5 yr old Obama video

Of course it does. That’s why I called it shitty.

Well, shitty sounds like an understatement.

I guess we now see Romney’s strategy. No wonder he’s been so relaxed. He knew all along that he had an ace up his sleeve. Just wait until October and then reveal his big surprise: Barack Obama is black. There’s no way people would vote for him after they found that out.

Yes. Or, as my FIL refers to Pres. Obama, “That nigger in the White House.” sigh

This could cut Romney’s support amongst blacks in half. The other guy is pretty solid for him.

Yet, the fucking retards on the left decided an incident from when Romney was in fucking high school was so fucking important that it warranted many discussions on the main stream media. You fucking hypocrites.

I remember the media covering that extensively in 2008. Or maybe not.

Wow. This charming riposte has entirely caused me to change my mind about Republicans. You’re not living in the past after all! “Tu quoque” isn’t your favorite [del]logical fallacy[/del] debating tactic! And you don’t at all exaggerate! What a swell group of … uh … people.

Great clip from the Daily Show last night, in which Jon Stewart points out that in 2005 George W. Bush said basically the same thing as Obama about the problems in New Orleans:

Anyway, it’s quite telling that even the Romney campaign doesn’t seem to give a shit about this.

All this boils down to is “Obama is a Nigger.” And yes, I use the N-word, because that’s exactly how the pearl-clutchers most worked up about this faux-controversy see him. These assholes would run a headline that read “Obama sleeping with black chick,” if they thought they could get some mileage out of it.

No need for the conditional.

The best part was the clip of Tucker Carlson explaining that the media did not properly report on the Obama speech at the time – a fact he knows because he himself was there reporting on it at the time. :dubious:  :p: :smack: :p:

Apparently Tucker Carlson is channeling the host of Overlords of the UFO:

That’s their point. You just can’t trust those liberal Democrats, like Bush, to do anything right.

I dunno, maybe he’s got a point. I don’t think the two scenarios are at all equivalent, but what’s good for the goose, etc.

Don’t think there are any states which make “talking black” a crime though.

Yet

I’ll agree “what’s the good for the goose is good for the gander” if the stuff about Romney’s bullying or the 47% video is brought up again four years from now as he is running a re-election campaign.

The likeliest outcome is that Romney will be enjoying his very cushy retirement in 4 years, not running a campaign for anything, but the point stands.

Fair enough. Again, though, I don’t see any evidence that the right wing talking asses are “collaborating”.

The alternative is that they all reached the same level of stupidity independently.
