Convert me to your favorite ISP

Since Juno has decided to raise my monthly service charge from $9.95 to $19.95 with FIVE days notice, I’ve decided to tell them to stick it.
This leaves me with the problem of choosing a new provider.
So I turn to the Teeming Millions, who I’m sure will come through with a concise, definitive opinion.
I havea 56K modem, and live in rural No. California, where the phone lines won’t tolerate more than that anyway. I only really need one account, although 2 is nice.
Suggestions???

I use AT&T Worldnet. There are several price plans available, from $4.95 to over $20. I have the one that’s $14.95 a month, 150 hours of access per month (5 hours a day is more than enough for me). The $4.95 one is also 150 hours, but the catch is that they monitor your usage more closely than normal and use it for market research. That plan also has banner ads, etc. I’ve been pretty happy with the service, connection time is good, random disconnects haven’t happened, and there are a lot of services available. (I just realized I could certainly do a link here, but don’t know how to do it!) - sorry about that.
