Could someone explain the whole thing about ZPG Zealot?

The whole thing?

No.

ZPG, you explain why a man in your situation should not have to pay child support. Our situations are not very dissimilar, but neither of us is likely to be sued for child support. So lets say your brother, or my brother, my brother has sex with a woman and she gets pregnant. Of course, he is expected to contribute to the family, he does have obligations. This woman has the baby and he can not come to an agreement with her. She insists on going to court and he is forced to pay child support. Well, now he is coming up a couple bucks short. Guess what buddy, time to get your hustle on. That’s the life. You do what you have to do to take care of what you have to take care of.

But really what surprises me is your being so dismissive of his role in the situation. A man can not accidentally ejaculate semen into the vagina of a woman. Totally implausible. Its not like accidentally turning a corner and bumping into someone. A man in this situation has had a serious moral and intellectual failure. They are not supposed to thrust their penises haphazardly into any and all willing orifices. What man is that? I would certainly not want to shake his hand. I do not think I would trust his judgement to decide the best way to handle the situation.

REEEEAAALLYYY??? Wow! I just have a tree in the front yard that blooms hundred dollar bills. Well color me surprised.

Heck, I gave about 50 cents to a beggar in Korea the other day. I guess that means that I’m helping to support approximately fifty million people. Why, yes, that’s the exact same kind of “logic” ZPGZealot’s been using. And it doesn’t make a lick of sense in either case.

I never knew what a troublemaker I was just shaking hands. I’ve shaken hands at new jobs, at different occasions like weddings, or job interviews.

I don’t know much about Roma, so I don’t think ZPG is representative of them. I could see what’s at the library.

Thinking that this thread is a mess. I understand less about ZPG than before.

Dear ZPG,

Please ignore most of the questions posted in this thread. People are asking you these questions because they hope that you reply with some kind of “crazy” or “zany” response that they can then use to further make fun of you.

So all of these “adoption”, and “abortion” questions - just forget about them.

I have a question for you though, and I would seriously like to hear your opinion on the matter.

How do you feel about menstruation huts? You know, the small huts that women are placed in when they are menstruating, or ovulating, or whatever it’s called.

I guess they were used a lot in olden times, but they’re kind of hard to come by now. Which brings me to my next question, which is actually the question I really wanted to ask you:

Are sheds a suitable replacement for huts? (Menstruation-wise, I mean.)

I mean “menstruation SHED” doesn’t really have the same kind of ring to it as “menstruation HUT”, but I have a shed I can use right now. I don’t have a hut, and I probably won’t have one in the foreseeable future. I don’t think my neighborhood is even zoned for huts.

Anyway, I hate to sign off with that old- and overused- chestnut “need answer fast”, but I REALLY DO NEED AN ANSWER FAST.

Thanks a lot! I read your newsletter every week, and I really am a big fan.

Check your local statutes. Today, the relevant term is “menstruation condo”.

Menstruation and ovulation usually don’t occur at the same time, you know.

Ignorance fought!

OMG, I love this thread.

** doffs hat **

Yeah and we have science that has given us a victory over biology and we can have abortions so while can still get accidentally pregnant, we no longer accidently give birth to any great degree. We give women a choice at leasst in part so that we do not derail her life. We do nto afford men that same choice.

Speaking of condoms.

Yeah, how about if the “man” in this situation is a high school senior? I’nm pretty sure that I stood ready to thrust my penis (“haphazardly” or otherwise) into the best looking willing orifice I could find on any given night well into my twenties and probably remained this way until I got engaged.

I know those ear canals are mighty tempting, but some things just shouldn’t be mentioned in public.

Traveler or MegaTraveler?

And do you have more than one burqa? It must be tough to deal with on laundry day.

In the rare circumstances that an entire family is deceased there is nothing wrong with a good orphanage or some sort of fosterage. The child should stay within its community, not be sent to strangers and certainly there shouldn’t be raised with lies about their origin.

I dunno, Superman did okay.

Well, there exists an institution called family whereby this woman could have safely had a child with the support of an entire community regardless of what the father thought or felt. By ignoring this safety net, she deserves her fate. What is the man’s role in this? Support his family. Fucking doesn’t make someone family.

The poster who mentioned upthread that sometimes there’s no real difference between stupidity and insanity has you pegged. The problem here is that you simply don’t know WTF you’re talking about. “Some sort of fosterage”? Like adoption, perhaps?

You’re a flaming moron.

Well, my kids are <gasp> adopted. They were removed from their community because they were in danger. If they were kept there, they would likely be abused or even killed. Is that okay with you?

They are still in the same ethnic culture (albeit middle class white suburban canadian and not lower class white suburban canadian).

Apparently (according to you), they should have been left in their community to either suffer or die. Which is not part of their (our) culture though this family practiced it.

(We don’t lie to them though; they know where they are from, who their birth parents are and what it all means.)

Travis Henry.

There is a responsibility on the woman not to continue a pregnancy when the father is unequivocally against it. A man can’t force a woman to continue gestating a pregnancy she doesn’t want. She shouldn’t be able to force him to support a kid he didn’t want.
