Could someone give me a new sig line?

Is that a known remedy for lack of creativity? Fantastic, let me just fire up my virtual bong…

I need a Hero…anyone?

Sorry, wish I could. But I’m already GaWd’s hero. I don’t know if I can be both at once.

Wow, you are GaWd’s hero. That is impressive, In fact that is a great sig line.

Just put it in yourself, like this

*** I know a sig and it looked like this **

Then do another later.

??? How DO he dodat ???

Hang around any thread, like this one, and hopefor the best:

**Where are you Cecil Adams?

Fantastic advice 'shirts, I do that.

You know. You really can’t go wrong with an obscure humor line. Quotes from the Simpsons are great. For the really obscure Go with Mr. Show or the Ben Stiller show. SouthPark is good too, although the quotes tend to be more simplistic and a little too well known.

ie.

I’m a saaaaaad Panda
I like my beer cold, my TV loud, and my Homsexuals Flaming.
I’m made with Spider Sugar…Doesn’t hurt the spiders
Tofutti break everyone
Get off mah land
I come from New Freelandia
on and on
Go watch a bunch of old MR. Show tapes, you will find something of worth.

How true. How about “Only one man would DARE give me the raspberry”. Can you tell me where that line comes from?

Noooooo. But, it is funny. And if someone figures it out, they will be impressed with how clever you are.

Come to think of it, it sounds like something I’ve heard before. Was it on the simpson. From Mr. Burns, mayor quimby perhaps?

I thought of one. How about “I’m filled alternately with pride and self-bloating.”

Ever seen Spaceballs? When Dark helmet is looking at the Radar screen and it gets jammed. That is a beacon of American Cinema. Thank you, by the way.

Ah yes Spaceballs. I’ve nearly forgotten that movie. Good job there. Kudos.

Thank you oldie! I appreciate the encouragement. Now I’m ready to post like a pro.

Score…

Congragulations. You are now a real doper. Or something.

Please do, but I also have to give credit to my source. It’s from the jargon file (published in book form as The New Hacker’s Dictionary, Third Edition 1996), in a section on jargon construction and overgeneralization of grammatical rules. The original quote is “It has been suggested to general approval that the plural of ‘mongoose’ ought to be ‘polygoose’.”

That is really good stuff. Wonderful site. Thanks.

He who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.

I like that, but, it isn’t my style. I appreciate the input though, Chris.
Nice name by the way.
