The Cowboys radio announcers are funny. They wondered whether Cowboys fans would go up to Lambeau Field. Considering that it’s 50 degrees in Dallas (probably warmer inside Texas Stadium) and 18 in Green Bay, I’m pretty sure that explains why.
I gotta give Green Bay a lot of credit for doing as well as they are in the second half.

Alright more nooby questions. If I understand correctly from what I’ve picked up from the radio commentary the winner gets home field advantage during the playoffs if there is a win. Right? Are there any conditions that can change that? Does it depend on the final records at the end of the season or does it all depend on this game?

It depends on the records. The record is first for determining seed, and next is head-to-head matchups.

It’s not literally dependent on this game. Whoever has the better record gets homefield, but the head-to-head winner would be the tie-breaker if they finish with the same record.

I thought it was kind of a punk move for Favre to leave the field like that. If T.O. or Randy Moss does something like that, it gets talked about for a week. Favre won’t take any heat at all.
Ah, come on… “Suck it cheeseheads” is pretty mild as smack goes. Of course that might not even be what you said, we’ll never know.
