Create an awesome crossover plot twist

(Spoiled for people who haven’t read or seen Prince Caspian.)
So, at the end of Prince Caspian, many of the Telmarines are sent by Aslan back through a portal in space/time to an island in our world.

Wouldn’t it be awesome if that turned out to be… the island from Lost? I mean, it all fits. Mysterious origins of strange groups of people, teleportation, time running at different rates…
The story of a young salesmen in Queens New York trying to juggle his two families, neither of whom know about the other. It’s called “The Jerry Stiller Show”

Basically, it’s a Seinfeld/King of Queens spinoff.

Ghostbusters: When the guys are facing down Gozer and they inadvertantly choose the form of the Destroyer, it’s actually the monster from Cloverfield.

While vacationing together in Seattle, the women from Desperate Housewives all contract food poisoning and end up at the hospital from Grey’s Anatomy, where Doctor/patient drama/hilarity ensues.

I’m really, **really **hoping that the series finale of *Lost *ends with the discovery of the remains of the S.S. Minnow.

Oooh! I like it. Seven graves marked with bamboo crosses, each draped with one of these: a captains hat, a red shirt and floppy sailors cap, a feather boa, a Ginghman shirt, golf clubs, opera glasses and gloves, and a white shirt and coconut stethoscope. and a diary that ends with the words “we should have killed Gilligan the first day.”

And the question would hang in the air “if there were only seven castaways, who buried the last one?”

Mulder and Scully investigate a series of Sasquatch sightings. During the investigation they meet and team up with a funny little man known only as “John Smith” and his Scottish assistant, who claims the Sasquatch are actually robots controlled by an alien Great Intelligence…

On NCIS, Medical examiner Ducky Mallard is about to start an autoposy when his pen starts chirping. He take it out and says “open channel D.”

DANG YOU!!!

Ya beat me to it

Another X-Files crossover:

Mulder and Scully look into a series of mysterious fires in Chicago; a number of buildings have burned down with no cause the local authorities can find. A local cop seems to be trying to interfere with their investigation. Along the way, they bump into an old acquaintance of Mulder’s–Harry Dresden.

A crossover I actually wrote a fanfic bit about (many years ago, don’t have the pages anymore): the TARDIS materializes in London, circa 1966 - in full swing mode at that time. The latest rage hot spot is a club called “the Naga Box”, and a peculiar effect is taking place. All the hormonally-crazed young mods who frequent it are turning into super-serious, emotionless prigs. In time, these now puritanical youths each explode into bezerk fury at some inappropriate time after their transformation.

This arouses the curiosity of the Doctor (#7) and Ace (I wrote this at about the time the Virgin New Adventure novels were coming out). But also investigating the mystery are a certain pair of secret agents - a man known simply as Steed, and his ultra-cool partner Mrs. Emma Peel. Initially, the Doctor & Ace, and the Avengers each suspect each other of being part of the problem. However their seperate investigations converge when they alll discover the true culprit - the Rani, using a similar scheme that she used during the Luddite revolution (removing essential chemicals from the brains of club-goers, which eventually drives them insane).

The Rani has opened a time corridor that connects the Naga Box club to her labs on the world she rules. She uses Cybernaut drones as her workers. When the Doctor, Ace, Steed & Emma discover this, a fight ensues between them & the Cybernauts. Steed & Ace are accidentally thrown through the time corridor, which is then disconnected.

The Doctor takes Mrs. Peel on a TARDIS ride to the Rani’s world, and they are forced to make their way through a perilous jungle full of man-eating plants to get to the Rani’s lair. Meanwhile, Steed & Ace successfully escape from a death-trap that the Rani has left them in. All four heroes meet up, only to be seperated once again - this time it’s the Doctor & Steed, and Emma & Ace who have to work together.

Any way, making a long story short - the good guys triumph, and the Rani’s plans are foiled. The foursome return to Earht, where the mods & birds at the Naga Box are once again shagging most improperly. The Doctor & Ace leave, while Steed & Emma decide to have a nightcap at the Box. They strike up a conversation with a pair of scenesters named Polly & Ben.

And had I’d known about “Sapphire & Steel” at the time, I’d have worked them into the plotline somewhere.

I’ve mentioned this before, but I’d like to have a crossover between “Reaper” and “Joan of Arcadia”.

You forgot to include Austin Powers.

A much more obvious, though more book-oriented, Dresden Files crossover just occurred to me:

Harry gets word on the Paranet from a practitioner whose friend has disappeared. She has reason to believe that vampires are involved. A long train ride later, Harry learns that the missing girl is a vampire hunter named “Buffy”.

Ahem.

Sam and Dean Winchester from Supernatural are on the trail of a vampire…a vampire named Angelus (Angel).

Please. We need to all pretend that doesn’t exist. It’s THAT bad. (On the other hand, the comics were pretty good)

Horatio Caine (Miami CSI) is just plain stumped by a rash of mysterious killings, all very gruesome. So he calls in outside help as a consultant: a blood splatter expert named Dexter Morgan.

Or: The Winchester boys get wind of a possible ghost sighting in a government building. Calling on an old friend of their dad’s for help, they manage to sneak in, only to find out that it’s not a ghost at all. It’s an Invisible Man.

Or: There’s a time/space ripple in Sunnydale. Weird things popping in and out, and everyone’s getting nervous. One of the Powers tells Willow that Buffy must kill the next being who appears in town in order to seal the rift. Unfortunatly, two of them show up: A Man of Steel, and Captain Jack Harkness.

I want Dr. Gregory House to show up on Scrubs.

Oh, I want Dr. Cox to be a patient on House.

Either one will work for me. I want to see Dr. House and Dr. Cox get into it.

Buffy meets Charmed: Wyatt Halliwell has been kidnapped by a demon who needs to sacrifice him in order to bring an evil god to earth and the sacrifice must take place in Sunnydale. Once the sisters arrive there, Piper and Leo work with Buffy and Zander to track down the demon and free Wyatt while Willow, Paige and Phoebe develop a spell to neutralize the god if they fail. Along the way Willow, Paige and Phoebe all accidentally succumb to a different spell and become…more than friends (or sisters).

Oh, like you wouldn’t all like to see it.
