elfs and dwarfs, Are the Progerian children the basis for elves?
There is no choice for “Not creepy in the slightest.”
That’s hilarious. It’s about as creepy as a toy jack o’lantern (and it was obvious as soon as they showed the mask that it was a couple of kids). I can’t imagine anyone getting creeped out by it.
I didn’t think it was all that creepy. Maybe if it happened in real life but not watching it in a commercial.
The only creepy thing about it to me is that I don’t think there’s any chance that costume hides two short people. I believe it hides one very tall person with a short person standing between [presumably] his legs for the one necessary shot.
Maybe a little creepy, but mostly hilarious. Actually, I think it’s so hilarious because it’s kinda creepy. The shopper lady really sold how sureal and disturbing it would be if this actually happened.
I like it. It’s really weird, but enjoyable. It seems like they bottled the magic from thiscommercial and used it here, though.
I agree. And I don’t think it would be that creepy in real life. Possibly less creepy, even. It’s just silly.
My GF hates that part.
I think it’s funny. Innocuous at worst.
That commercial is hilarious. If I saw that in the grocery store, though, I’d run like hell.
If I saw this in a grocery store, I’d run like hell.
Well, I doubt the kids would be all that effective in real life…you’d probably see a lot of giggling and falling and less uncanny valley.
Funny and creepy at the same time.
The first time I saw it, I had the TV on mute but happened to be looking to see if my show had come back. I was creeped the hell out! Now, it just seems odd, but still creepy.
Mostly because of the face. But I hate the voice as well.
Kids like this deserve a beat down. If not for creeping adults out, then for making a lazy costume or getting caught in a candy-scam.
Now, I’d give them points if they actually *really *did something weird.
Supervillains like Snickers too. Right after burning someone’s face off. Ha! Ha!
YEAH! That commercial is BIZZARE!
The part that really gets me is the arm as it reaches for the shopping cart “I’m only helping.” It looks like a baboon arm.
Not nearly as creepy as that berries and cream Starburst Prince Valiant dude and his jig dance.
The “Miss Nelson” books! My boys love those, and I dig this commercial.
Could be.
As a kid, she scared me more than Clowns. “He-llllloooooo!!!” “Arrrrgh! Ruuuun!!!”
I thought it was a SAW7 mask though.
I mean, it would explain all those freakishly small super-mini bits…
Once I knew it was two kids in disguise the creep factor went away completely.
