What’s the network’s problem? These are two solid actresses. I’ve liked their characters.
I HATE the supervisor! I’m watching the episode in which she interviews the team, trying to find a way to blame Hotch for the way the Foyet arc ended.
…and that black-haired woman whose role on the team I still honestly don’t understand.
Her role is to be hot. And I think she does it superbly, and now I find out she’s leaving? Gah! I’ll switch back to adoring Reid, I guess.
I’m halfway through season four, I think. How many are there in total, five? And the sixth one will have no JJ and nearly no Emily?
I’m not a happy camper about the casting changes. Nor is the rest of the cast.
::sniff::
Garcia’s crying got to me.
Consider Spencer’s facing a blonde shortage, i’m willing to be there for him.
This show has replaced SVU as my favorite "procedural/“can go on forever” show.
Reid. Gubler. Yum.
And Gibson has gotten under my skin too, after last year’s hell ride.
Can’t stand Moore.
Loved Mandy, miss him much. Montegna bugs, so I’m glad he’s barely there. (Love him in other things, though)
None of the women do it for me, I think Garcia is a bit much but still fun.
Reid. Yum.
Any former Joan of Arcadia fans? The two unsubs in tonight’s episode were former cast members (and Joe Mantegna as well). It was a bit surreal. Also, I liked how the dialogue about JJ’s leaving was pretty meta. Hotch’s line about brass needing to push people around to feel in control? ZING!
And the “pay grade” comment.
I liked the fact the writing left it open for JJ to possibly return. Ditto Hotch’s line about not replacing her.

And his “I’m going to try to get you back” comment.
Great acting by the cast.

I thought they looked familiar.
I still found Gideon from seasons 1 & 2 to be the most surreal casting choice.
