Crooked Penis

Hmm, to go along with the “Vagina Tightness” thread, I have a question about a part of my own anatomy.

It’s crooked, it has a very distinctive turn to the left when flacid (the head is literally facing left), though is much less noticable (merely a minor tilt) when erect.

It doesn’t have much of a bend… only a few milimetres or so off being straight, but the twist bothers me.

Is this natural? Is there anything to do about it, because I find it pretty ugly…

My X had the same thing. It always pointed to the left. I’ve seen some that point down, straight out, and up. Don’t worry so much about it.

IANAD, but if this is merely an “aesthetic” issue than I wouldn’t worry too much about it. I’m sure there is someone out there who can correct it at some cost… but would it really be worth it?

If it is interfering with your “quality of life” then I would suggest you see a doctor about it. There are medical conditions that can cause symptoms such as you suggest… but it may just be part of the natural variation. I’ve known a few guys that had the same basic issue you have and it didn’t seem to bother them that much… not that we ever talked about it in depth mind you.

Dr Drew on Loveline always used to suggest vitamin D pills to cure this. It’s just scar tissue that affects the curvature.

The Queen will love your Bishop.

IANAD either but it seems I have heard of something called “perONies disease” that can be a serious medical condition. My advice, check it out with your own doc. And remember, advice is worth what you pay for it.

If you jackoff only with your right hand, it’ll start skewing to the left.

Peyronie’s Disease

IANAD so that was WAY too much information outta you!
… and dont listen to beajerry…

It’s probably the fault of the girl with the tight vagina. As soon as she takes care of her problem, I’m sure that your problem will go away on its own.

Haha! You owe me a new keyboard, loin!

And on the topic of paying for advice - I don’t have to, since I live in Canada.

No wonder it points to the left

My uncle had the same thing and 60 years later he died.

Did Paula Jones (or was it Monica?) testify that this was one of Bill Clinton’s more distinctive characteristics? Something like that anyway.

Slight curves like you mentioned are very common, and do not have any effect on the ability of the penis to perform its main functions. However, if you are having pain, or painful intercourse for your partner, go see a doctor. Peyronie’s Disease doesn’t seem to be what you have…as your description pretty much matches some equipment that I’m pretty familiar with, having lived with it for all my life. It has in no way effected my “performance”, or enjoyment for me or my partner. I do remember worrying about this as an adolescent…but when I discovered it worked just fine, I was OK. Of course, I don’t take a whiz without holding and aiming, as I really don’t want to pee on my left foot.

So…if you are having pain, or the condition is getting worse, I would advise you to get to the doc. Otherwise, just think of yourself as having one of the normal range of variations in penile topography.

Best wishes.

Really? As I read it I would have figured that for the cure…

Sunstone, you dope! If this guy was having the serious problems you mentioned, he would have been howling about more than esthetics of a crooked dick. And he would have asked a doctor, not the dumbasses on a webiste. Likely his only problem is shooting the wrong way when hand excitement peaks. He’s got nothing better to do, I guess.

If you check the SD archives, you’ll see that Cecil has addressed this issue.

The answer is simple. You just have to find a girl with a left-hand thread.

Bizzwire ducks and runs

bland, hope you were joking.

Jill, dear, I’m awfully sorry, I’ll be sure to look that up
