Crossovers you'd like to see

One crossover that is a natural:

The Sopranos and Six feet under

Mundane reason: both are on HBO.

Main reason: the Don will someday ask a favor to the undertakers . . .

I’ve privately speculated for a while on a crossover between the Honor Harrington universe (books) and SW, ST, or B5. I’ve come to the conclusion that a Royal Manticoran Navy light attack craft could take on anything short of the Death Star in Star Wars or Star Trek (neither of which seems to have guided missiles), but B5 might be interesting.

Bonus points if Nimitz ends up hunting and eating a bunch of Ewoks :).

Blade of the Immortal and Highlander (TV series). Would be interesting to see Manji and Duncan trying to work out who gets to off the Evil Immortal of the Week. (My bet’d be Manji. While Manji and Duncan were talking, the bad guy’d probably try to kill them both. Behead Duncan, just piss Manji off, then once the latter pulled himself together, he’d take baddy’s head, and be one Evil Man closer to death.)

Dungeons & Dragons + Star Trek (Any) - have the Enterprise/Defiant/Voyager discover Oerth or Toril and be very confused (I’ve actually begun plotting this one. Still not sure just how it’ll work out.)

Lexx and Forever Knight - just to have Prince and Lucien meet. Heh.

I read somewhere that Harlan Ellison had an idea of a crossover of a Babylon 5 episode with his “Outer Limits” episode “Demon with a Glass Hand.”

Don’t know if it’s true, but it could have been an interesting story.

How about The Munsters and Six Feet Under. Herman did work at a funeral home after all.

Just thought of this: “Benson” and “West Wing”.

When I saw the thread title, I assumed it would be career crossovers. I wanna see all the CNN Hotties doing porno!

She was someone’s mother, but not mine, so it was okay to be doing what I was doing.

Hey, if you write it and throw it up on webpage, I’ll link it to my site for you. I have a page of links for X-files and Dawson’s Creek crossovers(which would be the two shows my fics are based on:). )

Depends on how much thought I want to put into it. If I’m feeling really lazy,it could be a few sentences:). (note: in MY story, that abomination starring Matthew Broderick DID NOT HAPPEN.)

Mulder: “I’ve heard reports of a giant, firebreathing lizard here in Tokyo. We should check it out.”
Scully: “Mulder, there’s no way a giant lizard could survive in Japan. There wouldn’t be nearly enough food for it. And how would it bre-”
<Both turn at the famous Godzilla roar, coming from behind them. They see the big fella crashing through buildings, headed straight for them.>
Scully: “Riiiight. I believe you. Let’s go. Now.”
End of episode.

I’m in the process of trying to round up people interested in doing an online crossover of the RPGs ‘Werewolf: the Apocalypse’ and ‘All Flesh Must Be Eaten’. Gothic punk horror meets survival horror.

Great idea, gatopescado, but to make it a true crossover we need to throw in some of the newsbunnies from MSNBC, Fox News, and Headline News.

Are you positive about that? I can’t imagine how those two could be reconciled.

Battlestar: GALACTICA / Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.
Buck, Wilma, TWIKI, and Dr. Heuer must safely guide the Galactical past Princess Ardala and the Draconic Empire.

Space:1999/Logan’s Run
(Based on the Space episode where intemittent contact is made with Earth, and Humanity has retreated into dome cities.)

The Moon has completely orbited the entire galaxy, and in a trillion to one shot, re-enters the Solar system and once again orbits the Earth. The inhabitants of Moonbase Alpha realize the Earth is populated by two societies: Dome dwellers whose populations are controlled by killing them at 30 years of age…those who try to escape are hunted down by Sandmen.
the other society are the post apocalyptic scavengers whom Logan…a former Sandman…hide out with in order to escape his fellow sandmen.
Can Commander John Koenig save the last remnants of Humanity?

Star Wars/Phantasm
The Tall Funeral Director is actually Emperor Palpatine’s brother, and his mortuary is where he manufactures Jawas.

National Geographic/ Jaws
Jaques Cousteau hops in the deep sea submersible ALVIN to go toe-to-toe…ah, make that fin-to-fin with a rougueCharcharidon Charcharidas causing trouble in the new England community of Amity.

Thats all for now.

I was very talented.

At blithely ignoring the physics of time and space, that is.

Couldn’t find one, so I decided to write my own:

http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1322208

…where Marvel Comics’ Rawhide Kid meets Wrangler Jane from that old tv sitcom F Troop.

I’d love to see that, too. Did you ever see that X-Files / Cops crossover? That was one of my favorite episodes.

The part of “The Godfather” set in the 1920’s, combined with “The Great Gatsby” (especially with Wolfsheim).

Hermione summoning me? Naw, she doesn’t have it in her to do the sacrifices neccessary to summon me. And besides, R’lyeh is located at the bottom of the ocean, not the middle of England; the non-eucilidean geometry of Hogwarts is of an entirely separate cause. Still, having Ron slowing go insane sounds like a good idea to me.

Isn’t that covered in the original Godfather film?

My suggestion: Will and Grace meets 24. Jack, meet Jack…

I wish Darren McGavin had agreed to do the proposed X-Files/Nightstalker crossover.

We were discussing “Battlestar: Galactica” at work a few weeks back, when one guy out of the blue says, “the best part about that show was the sexy enemy leader.”

This stopped the conversation as we all looked at him. Finally, I asked, “You thought John Colicos was sexy?”

After further discussion, it became apparent he was talking about “Buck Rodgers”.
