This did happen, in a crossover episode of Bones and Sleepy Hollow in 2015.
And all of them would have had to have Richard Belzer (RIP) pop up somewhere.
Here’s a fun one-the old D&D cartoon and Vox Machina. The Chroma Conclave vs. Tiamat. My money’s on her, really.
I’m trying to think of a good Archer crossover.
I read an interesting fanfic awhile back that was Game of Thrones and LOTR. Aragon vs. the Kingslayer.
There’s a lot of good crossover fanfic out there. And 10x as much dreck you have to wade through to find the good ones. I wonder how long before we get AI movie generators and all you have to do is feed it your favorite fanfic and tell it to go to town.
Deadpool/The Mask/Ambush Bug, with perhaps a guest appearance by Harley Quinn.
Or maybe Deadpool/Ambush Bug/She-Hulk, in a fourth-wall smashathon.
Not as good as Cthulhu vs the Kingslayer, which GRRM wrote himself.
Leverage and Burn Notice.
I saw a cute fan made cartoon on YouTube where Archer stops to eat at Bob’s Burgers.
Then you’re going to love this…
And somehow throw in Human Target and Person Of Interest.
My favorite movie theory I came up with myself is that Matthew Broderick’s characters in War Games, Ferris Bueller, and Election is the same person. The crossovers show how he changed between these three personalities, kinda like a Better Call Broderick:
Numb3rs and Criminal Minds: Charlie and Spencer are both used to being the smartest person in the room…
Person of Interest and Daredevil. Matt’s number comes up. Reese goes into action to protect the blind lawyer…
Person of Interest and the movie The Avengers (I picture Finch driving up to The Battle of New York in a van. Natasha and Clint yell at him to get back. The back of the van opens up and Reese, Root, Shaw, and even Fusco jump out and open up against the villains. Bear is there too, and leaps into action as well.)
One that I would like to see would be Number Ten Ox and Master Li from Bridge of Birds meeting Judge Dee, partially from history but mostly from the books by Robert van Gulik. They don’t exactly overlap, especially because Ox and Li live in “an ancient China that never was,” but Ox and Li are active during the early Tang dynasty, which was founded in 618. Di Renjie, the historical basis for Judge Dee, was born in 630. Without too much violence to the stories, Master Li could meet a teenage or young adult Dee. They would immediately hate each other; Dee is the epitome of the Neo-Confuscianists that Li despises, and Dee would regard Li as a superstitious Taoist who is squandering his potential to serve the Empire. Dee typically uses logic to discover human activity behind seemingly supernatural events, and Li glories in the mythic and the supernatural.
Eventually they would learn to respect each other’s talents, though
Personally, upon reading up on the early career of John Astin, I’m wishing a certain macabre sitcom had an episode titled “I’m Addams, He’s Fester.”
The John Steed Avengers and the Marvel Avengers. I’m having a little trouble with which of Steed’s partners (besides Mrs. Peel of course) should be on his team. What the hell, let’s have all of them from David Keel to Purdey and Gambit.
I would have loved to see a crossover where Monk and Columbo got stuck having to work a case together. Could you imagine how much Columbo would annoy Monk with his cigar smoking and general messiness? The problem with doing it now of course would be finding another actor who could play Columbo as well as Peter Falk. But as an alternative, I guess a Monk/Poker Face crossover would work, too.
I’m like that with Christian Slater and the movies Heathers and Very Bad Things. VBT is what his character would have been doing if he hadn’t blown up at the end of Heathers. I suppose that makes the later movie an alternate timeline. . There’s even an in-movie call back in VBT to Heathers, when someone asks him, “Have you done this before?” after coming up with a spur-of-the-moment plan to cover up a murder.
Somebody once suggested Mark Ruffalo, and I’m not about to disagree…
I always wanted to see a Star Trek and Discworld crossover. Imagine the Enterprise trying to orbit A’tuin, Berilia, Tubul, Great T’Phon and Jerakeen! McCoy meets Ridcully! Kirk has to deal with Granny Weatherwax! Spock consults with The Librarian . . .
Who wouldn’t kill to see Downton Abbey meet Peeky Blinders?
Maybe not so much a show crossover as a character crossover, but I’d like to have seen Sheldon from The Big Bang Theory meet Martin from Doc Martin. It would be the battle of the insufferable irresistible force vs the arrogant immovable object.
Fringe and Lost.
