There’s a bake sake at work next week, and while I’m usually loathe to participate in any “team building” activities, I want to make cupcakes. 
What sounds tastiest to you?
I’ve made all three and all three are awesome, I just can’t decide which would have the widest appeal.

That said, #2’s probably going to have the widest appeal.

#3, absolutely, with #2 as my second choice. I’m not a fan of pumpkin, so that one’s not on my list at all.
I like the classics, and I like white or yellow cake more than chocolate, but I like the chocolate frosting as an accent flavor.
White with chocolate frosting, no sprinkles.
Chocolate buttercream frosted.
I would love either 2 or 3. Even 1 sounds great, but I don’t think it has as broad of an appeal.

My first choice would be chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and sprinkles, but that’s not one of your options.
That said, my sister has been raving about pumpkin this and pumpkin that lately, so I would be strongly tempted to give the pumpkin chocolate chip a shot. That is, if I didn’t first get distracted by someone else’s chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting.
