Did anyone else notice this?
In the Final Four game between Florida and UNC, Jason capel was so upset at one play that he yelled out “F**k me!” You couldn’t hear him, but you could read his lips easily.
Not unusual. Even audible cussing slips out in televised sporting events all the time.
What was unusual was that CBS chose that particular bit of footage as a going-to-commercial highlight! After an official time-out, and just before they cut to commercials, we got treated to a slow-motion, up close replay of Jason Capel, clearly mouthing the words “F**k me!”
Personally, I thought it was kind of funny. I can see where some folks might get really upset, though. Either way, it’s a television “breakthrough”.
