Why in the hell is this even a punishable act? Ridiculously bizarre, yes, but why was a man sentenced to probation for humping an object in private (and then being barged in on)?

And yet they revealed the identity of the bike - including an actual photo of the bike itself, bravely maintaining its dignity while rebuilding its (inanimate) life.
The bike in that picture is an actor. The real bike didn’t want to be identified.

I posted in the other thread, too (god, how many threads do we need on this?!) but I agree with you for once. If a woman had been caught doing the exact same thing, having sex with a bike, I am quite positive she wouldn’t have been prosecuted.

Well, the last one was about him being caught, and these are about him being prosecuted, so I’m putting them in separate categories. But two threads about him being prosecuted might be a bit much.

I guess I’ll pass that, albeit grudgingly. As for what would have happened had a woman been the perpetrator, it would probably be a popular internet video by now. However, I don’t see this as an issue of anything but, “No one was being harmed but OMG he’s a pervert so let’s get him!”
