Miscellaneous and Personal Stuff I Must Share

Normally I’d just assume I got lucky one time out of a hundred, but in the past month I have found:

Mara’s amulet (+23 res, if you know how that spawns)
a 197% buriza
random and sundry rare rings and amulets doing nice, fun stuff, as well as fun charms
Gloom’s Trap mesh belt
Cloudcrack
Duriel’s Shell
Herald of Zakarum
Ist, Um, Ko, Pul, and similar high runes (many of those hellforge, but still)
dozen or so 15% IAS jewels
Gladiator’s Bane

Now, any two of those items (plus like a dozen or so charms/jewelry-type things) would be excellent results for a week’s worth of item searching, meph runs, etc. Glad’s Bane alone would be a month’s find, and Herald of Zakarum probably the same. Yet I found the Herald early this morning and the Bane earlier this afternoon.

Someone out there has to be getting cracked sashes and ethereal caps from Hell Meph…

Great. I’ll never find a good item for the rest of my gaming life. I mind as well just sell my copies of D2X on ebay now.

I hung up my mf’ing booties (the ever-fashionable War Travs, of course) at the end of last year. Now I’m just hanging out for the fresh start that will be 1.10 ladder characters. :slight_smile:

(Although I did find a perfect Mara’s (30%) a week or so after I stopped playing regularly. Go figure.)
