I have several items that are clean: no sockets, no mods whatsoever … and my ideal is for them to be imbued. Other than a bow or two, I’d like them to be imbued at or above clvl 70 at least, and possibly 80. Several of them are cirlet-class (circlet, coronet, tiara), which can get +2 (charclass), as well as several other spiffy mods. No other helm can spawn with that +2 (charclass) mod, which is why ifyou ever do a public run of any sort of a yellow circlet, coronet or tiara drops, you’ll see people willing to run right into anything and everything to get those (I don’t know if that happens in HC, as I don’t play HC).
So. My biggest “I have; who needs?” are clean items to be imbued. A few swords, at least one or two bows, several helms, and some defense items … myrmidon greaves, boneweave boots, etc. It’s been a bit of time since I went through all of them.
My new barb will, other than the dual Honor scourges (one of which I still have to make from a clean scourge I hope I have stowed somewhere), be using everything my current barb is using, so there’s no issue there. I am willing to trade gems (I have a decent-sized collection) for the following charms:
SC (small charm) with at least +14 to life
GC +warcry, since physical damage seems to be fairly well nerfed in the patch
Anything with +max dmg and another good mod
If there is anyone who does not have a lot, but who has a wish list (I’m not going to be giving out Valors or Grandfathers here, but I do have a bit of wealth to spread, and I know vol does as well, though that’s his deal), I’m perfectly willing to go a-crafting, or go item finding, whether it means keeping a clean Balrog Armor or whatever.
Finally, I am using runes as much as I can. I am looking to transmute up to the skies, and will take anything any of you have (ladder-only). Again, I have gems to trade and probably items as well, if you aren’t like the wonderful, gentle souls Who_me?, MDSL, Fenris, vol and thinksnow, among others who have tossed runes at me as though they were on fire and I was a pool of cold water.
So, to sum up: I want life charms, I have gems, I want runes, I have clean items to imbue. And do remember that if an imbue doesn’t help you or a character you have, you might well trade it to someone who can use it. I’ve yet to imbue something that turned out swimmingly for a barb, but I have given nice helms to a few chars, and I have a belt for a char with decently high str (it’s a colossus girdle, the only one I have ever seen drop in the game. The War Belt is the exceptional) who needs res and some life. I’d use it, but I have the IK belt and TGod’s for my barb.
