I have my 12 year old niece and 16 year old nephew for the holidays. I’m thinking by the time the Dallas gathering comes around, I’ll be ready for a break. Just let me know the where and when.
Saturday Dec. 30th is better for me. However, the location of said gathering will determine if I actually make it or not. Dallas, Addison, Richardson, Irving and Plano are in. Arlington and Ft. Worth are out.

We could do Celebration again, but they may be really crowded on Saturday night. Do they take reservations? I can’t remember.

I called Celebration. They take reservations for over 6. I asked if there would be a problem for 10 on Saturday December 30th at 6:30. She said, no problem right now but she didn’t know about whether it might change. And invited me to go ahead and make the reservatiions and cancel later if I wanted.
Soooooo, the Addams family has reservations at Celebartion for Saturday night, if we want. If not I’ll just cancel once we make a decision.

Celebration is a home-cookin’ place on Lovers (the north side of the street) a couple of blocks west of Inwood. It’s built out of several houses that have been linked together; you have to watch carefully or you’ll drive past it. It’s within range, Adam… you don’t have to worry about your house-arrest ankle bracelet going off.
The Dallas Adams Family gathered there once before, but I don’t think that gathering was very well-attended due to schedule conflicts.
Those of you who have never been to Celebration, I think you’ll like it. the service is friendly, the food is good with a wide variety of offerings, and you can get seconds … and it doesn’t have to be the same entree you ordered the first time. I especially like their cucumber salad dressing. (no smart remarks.)
Now it’s all coming back to me… I’ve never been to Celebration, but it has been highly recommended to me. I’m in. Just PLEASE let me know the finalized date and time (via email). Thanks.
