Am I missing something with this whole Michael Finley boo-a-thon nonsense? Are they actually saying boo-urns? The man played for us for what, nine years? And he was a great player. You don’t need to boo him every time he comes near the damn ball.
And for those of you blaming him for Jason Terry’s absence tonight? Jason Terry was the one who punched Finley in the beanbag.
Seriously though, am I missing something? We’ve been booing Finley’s ass the whole series. It can’t really just be because he used to play for us and now he’s in San Antonio, right? Please tell me my fellow Mavs fans are that stupid.
And Terry? We could have used a little shooting tonight. I hope you get booed out of the arena next time you step on the court at home. Of course, the way the Mavs are playing that’ll be the home opener next season, so people will have probably forgotten by then.
