Dammit, my boobs hurt

Er, have you ever been in the position of having newly-pg-boob-hurtyness???

Trust me, “kiss and feel better” is NOT an appealing option. “Come near them and I’ll slaughter you like the pig you are” is closer to the truth :smack:.

With one pregnancy, I tried being cute - had a bunch of online friends email Typo Knig with a reference to how I’d reacted when I found out about my first pregnancy.

Too bad he didn’t get the reference :p.

My niece told her guy a parcel arrived for him. He opened the box, and there was a baby bootie inside. Their daughter is now 9 months.

A lot of women feel like making the announcement special, and a lot of them wait until they’re very sure that this pregnancy is “sticking”, especially if they’ve already had miscarriages in the first weeks.

ETA: I forgot to reply to the OP re boobs. I just remember the pain, and I didn’t find relief. BTW, suggesting that he kiss them better would NOT be a good idea.

It is a pain when your boobs hurt though, eh? I think your book idea is great, do that!

Well good for you!
Now, back to the congratulations and great advice everyone else is offering.
