Daredevil? Anyone?

I give Daredevil 2 out of 10. Random SPOILER notes follow:

  1. He just met Elektra, and they start a playground fight? Corny.

  2. Affleck is boring

  3. Bullseye is lame (but the peanut trick was pretty cool).

  4. He just met Elektra and they shag. Not buying it.

  5. He just met Elektra and he tells Kingpin he loved her. No way.

  6. Daredevil gets stabbed in the shoulder by Elektra? Not possible after he shows that he can dodge bullets.

  7. Daredevil gets stabbed in the shoulder but lays on the ground for 20 minutes while Elektra gets killed. Why can’t he walk?

  8. After being unable to walk for 20 mnutes after getting stabbed in the SHOULDER, he is suddenly able to leap around the church when fighting Bullseye

  9. Elektra gets stabbed in the hand but can still weild a knife proficiently

  10. Too many instances of superhuman leaps from ordinary people

  11. When daredevil says it’s about to rain, the rain just comes suddenly pouring down with no drizzle or anything

  12. The light at the end of the tunnel is the C train!? Crappy dialogue.

  13. He is in private practice, but he is prosecuting a criminal case. WTF??

  14. Kingpin’s kneecaps are painfully broken, but he sits on his kneecaps to talk to Daredevil.

  15. Why would daredevil bother to set up the “DD” logo in flammable liquid after killing someone? What are the odds someone would actually light it? Why didn’t the liquid disperse in the water?

  16. He has heigtened senses but fails to notice that Elektra has left the bed

  17. He knows when it’s going to rain, but doesn’t bother to bring an umbrella to the funeral at the end

  18. He can dodge bullets? Please. He never said he had superhuman reflexes.

  19. His foot collides with Bullseye’s face at about 30 MPH on the motorcycle. I would think more damage to the foot and the face would result.

  20. How/why did Elektra set up those sandbags to fall in sequence when practicing her moves? Why sandbags? I would think there are easier and cleaner ways to practice.

  21. I can’t remember right now, but I recall seeing a few instances of inconsistent application of his powers to notice/see things

I can overlook a couple of gaffs in a movie, but this movie is a mess. I kept hoping Spider-man would come in and wipe the floor with Daredevil.
