I only met him once. The subject didn’t come up. He seemed a bit busy at the time.
I don’t think he’s made any public statement on the topic, nor on the possibility of him making a run for any political office.

Briefly. Just one of the soldiers under his command. I got to Iraq right before he left. I met GEN Odierno several times. He is very tall. His views on abortion didn’t come up either.
