I think I’ve moaned before about having to read the entire series to my kid, mosty fun but heavy going through books 5 & 7.

The previous movies have been so different to the books (whole subplots disappearing etc) and book 7 was really not a favourite of mine. I’m hoping that going into it with no preconceived ideas on the look / plot changes will make the first half of the story more enjoyable, because from memory it’s going to be a lot of exposition and wandering about the woods repeating what another character just said.

for those who enjoy the trailers abc family is going to have a harry potter marathon starting nov. 11th starting with hp1 through nov. 14th with ending with hp 6.

there will be new trailers and behind the scenes during comercial breaks.

ooops, that should be hp5 not 6 on the 14th. hp 6 is not on tv yet.

i’m looking forward to it. i have my shirt and hoodie ready for the 19th!

First part of the book was pretty slow, but then the last couple of films have glanced over a lot of what was in the books, so there’s still plenty of stuff to cover. I’m excited to see it but will probably wait til we get a babysitter for our anniversary see we can then kill two birds with one stone.
