It’s 80% of the puzzle solved, and Red isn’t going anywhere still. You can solve it conclusively the same day by lynching Skeezix, which is terrible, or lynching Stickler.

ShadowFacts was capable of blocking Lightfoot and cannot conclusively be proven not to have done that last night, has two votes and is highly dangerous if scum because of that, and if Inner Stickler is guilty, ShadowFacts must be removed as an option to convince you people of that.
We can track Skeezix tonight and Suburban Plankton will be forced to lie tomorrow if they’re trying to get him lynched. That will incriminate Stickler AND Plankton all at once, or he’ll have to report that Skeezix was inactive.
septimus voted for TexCat over ShadowFacts even though ShadowFacts had more votes. All the top suspects were not keen on lynching ShadowFacts. Almost everyone was keen on lynching Red Skeezix, even today, after septimus was dead.

I guess nobody finds it odd that no one was willing to vote for the claimed doctor even after the case I laid out. Don’t you think the scums would looooove to lynch the real doctor and avoid a shadowfacts or red skeezix death today, seeing as if Stickler is innocent, one of them is likely guilty?

If we assume that one of the claimed powers is Scum, then we are left with one unanswered question: “Who did the Scum try to kill Night 4, and why did they fail?” And unless the Scum in question is LightFoot (not bloody likely) or Red himself, we also have to ask: “Who blocked Red?” (This assumes the Scum blocked LightFoot, but the question could go the other way.)
Did the Scum double up on LightFoot on Night 4, so that if she was protected from their kill they would still prevent her from getting a result? Did they forego their kill in order to throw suspicion on someone? Is there another player somewhere with a heretofore unknown protective power?
None of these solutions seem satisfactory.
So either there are multiple Scum among the group (Red, Shadow, IS, Suburban), or there’s something very weird going on.

We have a scanned, blocked, and tracked townie who is DEMANDING his head, who just lynched a godfather.
NONE OF THE SCUMS took me up on this offer to lynch one of their prime targets. None.

Maybe it’s another instance of differences in board-culture…but around here lynching a claimed Doc without a counter-claim is “not done”. At least, not on the same Day that he claims. Perhaps if IS being Scum neatly tied up all of the loose ends, people might go for it. But even if he is Scum, there are still things that don’t make sense. So a case against him is going to go nowhere unless there is more direct evidence to support it.
That’s the way it is. That’s the way the folks who are Town are going to play it, so that’s the way the folks who are Scum are going to play it as well.
On the flip-side of that, there is plenty of circumstantial evidence against both Red Skeezix and ShadowFacts, so they could both be considered a ‘good lynch’. So lynching a fellow Scum might help build some credibility, or at least throw off the bulk of suspicion for a time. And at the same time, there are enough holes in both cases that lynching Town in this case isn’t going to build a great deal of suspicion. So Scum will be perfectly happy to have the Town pick from between the two top suspects, especially since it means nobody is talking about the ‘other Scum’ who are laying low while they watch us doing the chicken dance…
This is off the top of my head, which is the only way I’m going to be able to post anything today.
Shadow has used his last block. Inner Stickler is no longer Paranoid. So the Town have no way of blocking Scum from this point on. So the Scum let the Doc live, and Tonight they can block him and kill LightFoot, and then kill him Tomorrow (or vice-versa)

The Claimed Doctor is as useless now as the Claimed Cop and the Claimed Vig have been for the past 3 Days. there’s no way he is able to act from this point on, so there’s no real need for the Scum to kill him, given that they would need to go to great lengths to get the job done.
If Inner Stickler was ever anywhere close to being in jeopardy Today, then you would have a point, but with the voting as it stands now (and has stood all Day) this particular argument is going nowhere.
