It’s entirely possible that pedescribe is a power role who is refusing to play, as others have said, it matches his behavior of being a sort of “inactive for protest reasons” player, which is getting on my nerves.
That said, relying on power roles to save the day for you is bunk. You can win via thinking instead, it’s a better method.
