Anyone else going? I’m torn-- it’s my wedding anniversary, but my wife won’t get home from work til about 10 tonight. She said I should go, but I don’t know if that’s one of those messages with a direct subtext.

Dude, it’s bonkers here at the Joe. I can’t even fathom how many people are here and how early they got here.
yeah, I kinda figured that out. She’s as huge of an obama nut as me, and even if I was assured I’d be home by 10p (which I can’t be assured of), I wouldn’t feel right seeing Obama in person without her on our anniversary.
Although, it sure would be nice to go. 
Al Gore’s gonna be there to announce his endorsement.
First Edwards announces his support in Grand Rapids, now Gore in Detroit-- I think the Dems are really, really feeling some pressure to make up for not being here during the primary season.
