I also think this is likely the case. Of course I also thought that Rita wasn’t really killed by Trinity, but by the neighbor (perhaps after a failed rape attempt) who staged it to look like Trinity.
And I was pretty sure that Hannah’s “father” wasn’t really her father and they were both pulling a money con on Dexter, but I guess that turned out to be wrong.
But I agree that Deb Xanaxed her own water. Also correctly predicted that the parole was a setup by LaGuerta. Maybe I should take up serial killing. Start with one and see where things go.
Baby steps.
Yeah, I think that was pretty straightforward - I was just helping **Joey **remember what he heard.
Anyone else wonder if they are messing with the timeline a bit -
In this episode - Dexter tells ‘bad guy’ that he was 3 when he watched his men kill his mother.
I thought he was closer to 1 - not quite infant - but not walking - same age as Harrison when the first wife was killed by trinity.
I love what a huge douche Quinn is. I think my favorite scene of the season was when he first tried to seduce that stripper and she wound up asking him to pay for her car repair bill.
I think they made it too obvious. It’s a pretty good twist to Deb’s character. Deb’s always been on-the-edge, and with the new rules in her life since Dex was outed, it’s easy to see her planting clues and staging this. Pretty gutsy, since she could’ve been killed, but she said it herself, she’d do anything to protect Dexter from Hannah. Pity. This was probably Dexter’s best relationship.
