I thought I was pretty good at noticing chemistry between actors, but I had no clue about these two. Pretty cool. 
(They play brother and sister on Showtime’s Dexter).

For a second, I read that as Dexter and Dee-Dee. But then I re-read it. (Hey - plausibly the voice actors could have gotten married, though they’re both women and I don’t know the age difference.)

Nope. Off the top of my head Jason Behr and Katherine Heigl of Roswell were doing all sorts of icky things in private (and occasionally in public) while playing brother and sister.
And I’m sure they’re not the first.

I think it would be awkward as an actor, to play opposite your wife and pretend she’s your sister, but it would be better than to play opposite your sister and pretend she’s you wife!

I seem to recall there being a sibling acting duo (male and female) who shared a hardcore makeout scene.
I can’t remember the name of the film, or the two actors, but they were relatively young at the time and… that’s it. I think they might’ve had blondish hair, not that that’s helpful. :smack:

No kidding! I never thought my gaydar was worth a hill of beans anyway, but I thought Dex was a “gimme”.
When I saw the thread title, (and not yet having seen Season 3), I thought, “That show has completely gone off the rails.”
Of course, the characters on the show aren’t biologically siblings, since Dexter was adopted. Is it legal for step-siblings or adoptive siblings to marry? We’ve probably already had a lengthy thread about that.
Anyway, I hope it works out for them.
