ISTR from years ago Simon recounting that earlier interview. At the end she said something like, “I’d kiss you, but I’m coming down with a cold.” He replied something like, “Miss Rigg, getting a cold from you would be an honor”. She pecked him on the cheek and laughingly said, “In that case, dear boy, I hope you get pneumonia.” 
There are a lot of photos from that shoot around, some in colour, and I think it likely only a couple were used officially, and the rest of them were probably kept aside. These days sources of old publicity photos are coveted and subsequently get spread around much easier.
