Three friends and I took the scenic route through the mountains to Red River NM for the annual Memorial Day rally. Had a great time riding. Traffic wasn’t to bad on the way down. Lots of law on the roads in and around Red River and Taos; so speeds were pretty slow. The road between Red River and Taos is a pretty ride, lots of nice curves. Logged about 800 miles over the three-day weekend. A good time was had by all. So did any other Dopers make the trip?
I was there but only for Saturday. Coming up from Albuquerque it makes for a decent day trip.
