I use one of these (as a toothbrush) - they’re pretty good. When the battery runs flat, I unscrew the handle end and pull on the little metal strip with a pair of pliers - the battery and motor assembly slides out quite easily and the little vibration motor is really cute - I’ve got a bunch of them now, waiting to be used for some project or other.
