It’s not just that one thing either. It’s lots of dumb questions (often in the wrong forum) and at least one instance of trolling, besides rudeness. After three months and over 600 posts, he should be “adjusted” by now.
If he can reform his behavior, it’s fine if he stays. But I have the distinct impression that recently he’s been getting worse instead of better.

That’s pretty cool. I like that. Is the repetition of lines standard or just that particular poem’s style?
Standard. It’s an easy form if you use the repeated lines as a simple refrain, and gets a lot harder if you actually try to integrate the repeats with the rest of the lines.
