Probably. The PHB might be trying to lock the client into some kind of proprietary product line, and getting her “a little bit pregnant” might be his way of telling Asok to pretend that it was possible to only buy certain parts of the product line instead of going in 100 percent. Or something like that.
A set-up strip would have benefited this joke immensely.
