Actually this was just back in 2015. Knew someone who worked for Obama. All the staffers get to use it up to once per quarter, and invite like a dozen or so people, they just have to sign up. Guests all must be vetted of course, but once you’re down there they leave you alone. Like there’s not even someone to call if something breaks, your only POC is whoever it is that brought you, and they’re most likely still with you in there. There’s two lanes, you can bring in food and alcohol, and you have 2 hours.
I thought that might be the case. I remember reading something about staffer families being invited to use the facilities. I think it would be an awesome adventure.
At the moment Other is leading the TV poll: I’m not sure how. There are 3 categories: real things, false things that could happen and false things that couldn’t happen.
I put Other in in case of some edge case I hadn’t considered, but those 3 categories should cover pretty much “all of TV”
The only things I’ve watched on TV lately are my family members playing Tears of the Kingdom (the latest Legend of Zelda game) and British murder mysteries. I made the executive decision that video game play doesn’t count, but if it did.
I don’t watch a lot of TV shows at all. Generally something playing in the background while I game or do other things. But most evenings, I watch a little something with my wife during dinner. Right now we’re rewatching classic Iron Chef because it’s always fun. So that’s how I voted, under the ‘reality’ TV heading, as the probable closest match.
