You need white bread ( or as me say in southern Murka “light bread”) with the crust cut off cause this is classy.
Cut the “light bread” in half. Then spread on a layer of mustard and a layer of grape jelly. Place a vienna sausage on top and roll up. Secure with one of them fancy toothpicks with the purty colored cellophane foil on it.

Mealworm coffee brittle…
Start with your basic array of ingredients for making peanut brittle, but replace the two cups of peanuts with two cups of oven-toasted mealworms. Dump in a small jar of strong instant coffee and stir quickly to distribute it evenly. Pour onto a well-greased cookie sheet. The finished product should look like the worms were petrified while writhing to escape a sea of bubbly mud. Mmmmmmm… and it’ll keep you AWAKE, too!

Oscar Meyer Little Smokies brand sausages simmered in cherry pie filling. Tastes as good/awful as it sounds, depending.
