The Emperor’s New Groove is hardly “fantastic.” It was a silly, slapstick movie that, in comparative terms, bombed at the box office, and rightfully so. It’s about as funny as anything David Spade does, which says it all right there.
Sleeping Beauty, by comparison, was the last of the Disney classics, with all the wonderful animation, story and such that went with them. It’s easily the equivalent of Cindarella or Peter Pan, though perhaps not so good as Bambi (Fantasia is a class of it’s own).
Hell, Hercules was funnier than The Emperor’s New Groove. :dubious:
