Disturbing picture

Hmm, works fine for me. Should also work if you C&P the link.

Is it statuatory rape if I cut off her head first?

Whee! I love when these kinds of things happen. They’re funnier to me than sequential threads.

Weirddave, does your friend know this girl? Maybe you could ask your friend how old the girl (woman?) is.

Oh please. Heh. Please take this as nothing more than a good-natured observation, because that’s all it is, but people who call “shop” all the time and cite ridiculously contrived “evidence” like this come off like they’ve read one too many Sherlock Holmes stories, IMO.

I have really hairy calves and feet and very little body or facial hair otherwise, and even less when I was late-teens/early-20s, which is about the age this girl probably is. Lack of underarm shade tells me zilch about her. We’re all built differently.

It wasn’t posted by a friend, it was in a community.

“Shopped”.

Hmm, another meaning enters the lexicon. We’ve added to the signification of a verb that originally was a noun by chopping the front end off of a trademark and using the rest to mean an activity made possible by the software that carried that trademark.

God, I love the English language and those who use it!

Someone should xerox this thread, so people can google it.

Someone should Kleenex this thread so people can Lycos it.

When I was in 7th grade, there was a girl in my class who would have made that girl look flat chested. Needless to say, she was very popular with the boys.

FYI, years later, about five years after high school graduation, she had gained about 150 pounds and was nowhere near as popular.

There has been a generational tendency for kids to physically develop faster and far sooner than most of us did as kids. Not uncommon to see boys needing to shave when they are 12 and girls having their first period at an earlier age. Researchers think it probably has something to do with better nutrition by both the parents and the children as it is found mostly in industrialized countries, although there is no definitive answer.

This many responses, and only one other person considered this possibility? There’s more than one way to fake a picture, people. Remember, people thought the Cottingley Fairies were real, too, because photographic experts certified that there was no darkroom fakery going on. Which there wasn’t, of course: The fakery all took place in front of the camera lens.

Now, I’m not saying that that’s what this is: I honestly don’t know. But at least note that it’s a possibility.

Adobe doesn’t.

Scroll down to “proper use of the Photoshop trademark.”

Nah, I don’t usually cry Photoshop, but in this case it strikes me as horses, rather than zebras. It’s much more likely that someone with a weird sense of humor or sex drive used photo editing software than it is that a person would have both a face that young and very well developed breasts. Lots and lots of photos are edited; very few people have such incongruous features. It’s not Holmsian, it’s just statistics.

Are you sure that’s not a joke? Because its just general terminology now… I doubt there are many people working at Adobe that say “That was edited using Adobe Photoshop” rather than “That was photoshopped”.

I’m certain, they’re trying really, really hard for “photoshop” to not fall into the general lexicon because they can lose their unique trademark status. Similarly, Google has tried to get “googling” out of a dictionary and it also spawned that wonderful monstrosity that goes “I’m stuck on band-aid brand” because they were afraid “Band-aid” would become a generic term for the item it describes. Of course, they failed, but stuff like this happens all the time.

It still looks odd-if-not-manipulated to me. Her head is just too small. Or really, the teats are too big for everything from collarbone up. I was thinking before it was a face-paste, now I think there’s some trickery around the breasts, which are almost as large as her head.

I had a girlfriend in high school who was built just like this. She was short, and small-waisted, and everything from her collarbone to her stomach was breast. Yum.
I say, it’s not a fake.

Her teeth are very straight. Few kids who are as young as she looks have teeth that straight and uniform. It looks like she’s had braces already. So she may just be one of those “babyfaced” people.

The female half of a couple I know has a baby face. She’s in her early 40s now, but well into her 30s, if you photographed her with a flash she’d look like child. NOw she quite undeniably looks like a mom.
