I lurked back in '99, but didn’t sign up to the SDMB until '00–my fault for missing the coveted “‘99er’” moniker.
I’m a former Engineer and ‘Render-er Safer’ of most things UXO, but now am a red-Swingline staplin’, coffee-swillin’ Engineer on ‘larger’ items. I’ve been here awhile, but you may most-recently remember me as a purveyor of Cheetos and green chile. I’m also the guy that closes out each of my posts with an attemptedly-witty postscript (50/50 on humor though).
I’ve met lots of great people, and a handful of dipshits. I used to be really active on the SDMB, but as of late with work/school/life, have tapered off a lot. With the turnover of the population here at the SDMB, I wildly doubt anyone I’d personally met at a DopeFest or a river float is still around with one or two exceptions.
