We’ve done them for the guys. At most placed I’ve worked it really depends on someone driving the event - it isn’t any sort of “always done centralized function that the department admin coordinates” - so a woman or a man with either a boss or female friend who organizes it gets one - if no one organizes it, you get skipped.
