You are mistaken, there are no specific biblical verses where it says not to commit suicide. Nobody is interested in how some long-winded apologist wants to spin things, a specific biblical verse would do just fine. And do you think Jesus is burning in hell for doing such?

The bible also instructs in Judges it’s better to kill yourself or have someone assist you than to be killed by a woman.
Samson also killed himself, but I guess like today’s godly motivated terrorists bombers, it’s okay to kill yourself if you can take your enemies with you.

Nobody is questioning your right to have an opinion or us having ours. If you truly believe in that the bible says you are not to commit suicide, you should be forthcoming with it, or quit pretending it says something it doesn’t. It’s a matter of integrity if you care about that sort of thing.

See, I can’t seem to reconcile some of the stories in the bible with a loving god. Can you explain why god commands repeatedly throughout the bible to kill people? Why he commanded his people to “smash baby’s on rocks”? Or “pillage an entire city raping and slaughtering every single being alive?”, or the story of Jeptha? Or the story of Lot?
Some people say these are Old Testament laws, but Jesus clearly states that he has not come to take away these laws. What gives?
Also, can you clear up some of the contradictions. In some parts it says faith alone is necessary to get into heaven, when in others it proclaims good deeds with faith?
I really could go on and on but I think you get the point. I can show you where these stories are in the bible but you probably already know anyways. So can you like explain this so I can start living a good Christian life?
