Well leaving aside rape victims, given that pretty much all virgin women eventually participate with enthusiasm in ceasing to be virgin women I’m guessing the answer is “yes”.

Speaking from personal experience, yes virgins get horny. I dealt with it just like a sexually active person without a partner would, by taking care of it myself.

But to give a real answer to the OP - yes, virgin women get horny. How often varies from individual to individual.
What they do also varies. They may wait for a good opportunity to have sex to come along, or they may be proactive about finding one. In some cases, they settle for a not-so-good opportunity. In the meantime, they may masturbate and/or engage in sexual contact that doesn’t involve intercourse.
In other words, they do exactly the same thing men do.
