Well, I can only answer definitively for me, and the answer is:
Sometimes. Rarely. Mostly I get warm fuzzies from making him happy, or I get amused at watching him wriggle and make silly faces. If I’m feeling really nasty (in a good way) it can be a fun power trip. Once in a while I’ll find myself getting actual sexual arousal from it the same way I get aroused watching a good sex scene on film - the anticipation of sex to come, but I’ve certainly never *orgasmed *from giving a blowjob.
