Do you lie in polls?

Inspired by this thread. ( :stuck_out_tongue: )

you bet

As Bug Bunny would say, “Ain’t I a stinker”?

I don’t always lie and I don’t always tell the truth. The preceding statement is not paradoxical. Therefore, none of the options work for me.

Of course I lie. You can trust me on that, depending.

I picked yes as the safe answer. I don’t recall ever lying in a poll but if I did than my answer would be yes. And if I hadn’t ever lied in a poll before then I have now so my answer is still yes.

No, but I might be lying.

I sometimes agree with this, but not all the time.

oh, nevermind.

Usually I tell the truth – until they start asking stupid questions, or I see it’s a push poll. They I go wild.

I haven’t lied in any SDMB polls that I can think of, but I happily lie to people who want to question me on the street or over the phone.

I always lie, even now.

No, I do.
Yes, I don’t.

No. I don’t see a point in doing so.

I voted ‘yes’, because I lied in this poll for the first time ever.

I’m not entirely clear on whether that counts.

I voted for all three because it was multiple choice.

(In SDMB Polls I usually tell the truth)

Me too. What would be the point of telling the truth in this particular poll?

My head hurts…

I always refuse to participate - which skews the results right there.

Because you’re establishing a precedent. We now know that 27% of all SDMB posters lie in polls, thanks to this poll. All data in other polls will have to be adjusted accordingly. Although one must account for the 27% who lied about whether they lie in polls or not…

I try to, but I often find the little booth isn’t really big enough. And any way, my local polling place is an elementary school, and who wants to lie on an elementary school cafeteria floor?
