Do you wear your bra to bed?

I’m a B-C, depending on which brand you believe.

If I’m home and not wearing a Playtex Cruzado Mágico (which are amazingly comfortable but I don’t always find them), I’ll use sporty bras, which I find more comfortable than the regular ones. My breasts are sort of “spread out” (both very close in the center and apparently more below-my-arm than those of other women), so I can’t use underwires at all - they hurt even in the short time it takes to try a bra on!

I keep a bra on at all times that I’m vertical but would never sleep with one on. Doesn’t that chafe? I understand doing it if you’re one of those women for whom breast reduction surgery was invented or other special circumstances (the nursing mentioned, for example), but otherwise hell, no.

Wasn’t that the worst?! When she made the comment about feeling fat because she could feel her well-supported boobs blobbing all over I was hoping they were making fun of themselves.

I girlfriend is stacked, when she’s not sleeping with me she wears a sports bra.

My best friend used to wear a bra to bed when she was very busty (she’s since lost weight and probably doesn’t really need to anymore), and her reason was that she didn’t like the giant things flopping around as she tossed/turned before falling asleep.

I, myself, sleep on my side with a pillow shoved between my (C-cup) breasts, and it’s probably because they feel more “stabilized” (?) Hell, maybe I should wear a bra to bed!

The only time I ever wore a bra to bed was when I was pregnant. And that was because my tittays hurt all the time and the bra would make them feel more comfy.

Now I hardly ever wear actual bras, and absolutely never to bed (unless I’m wearing it to be sexy, which means it will be taken off with a quickness).

I dated a girl who washed out of boot camp, and she mentioned that in the military (navy I think? ) they required the women to sleep with bras on.

I started wearing one in pregnancy when they were soooo sore it kinda helped keeping them reigned in. Plus I’d read somewhere that there was a slightly less chance of them sagging afterwards. And yes, the nursing is a big reason - to hold on nursing pads to keep from staining pj’s, and again, reigning them in.

Here’s the current tally of doper’s replies. It does not count reports of friends habits.
yes - 7
sometimes - 8
no - 33 with a goodly portion of those in hell no range

So it seems I was right that wearing a bra to bed is not majority practice but it’s not as wierd as I thought.

My bra has bloddy spikes and electrified barbed wire, so no I don’t wear it to bed.
On cold nights I do wear my bunny stockings, though.

Normally I sleep in the buff, but sometimes I wear a tank top with a built in shelf bra or occasionally a cotton sports bra.

I’m actually more likely to wear something if the weather’s really hot, since the cloth wicks away the sweat and makes it more comfortable to sleep. Cleavage sweat = uncomfortable.

The “Hell No!” section is getting a little crowded, but I’m going to have to squeeze in with them.
I am amply endowed, but the thought of wearing a bra to bed makes me whine like a puppy that recognizes the vet’s waiting room.

My SO just said, “Only if I’m at someone else’s house and don’t want them to see through my shirt.”
