Doctor, it hurts when I do this in the MMP!

A failed chicken cordon bleau last night, a winner tonight with Panko bread crumbs, no garlic, more ham and some butter. Steamed asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower with cheese at Mrs. Plant’s (v.3.0) request.

The trailer at the five acres (I lived there for 15 years with Mrs. Plant (v.2.0) G-d rot her eyes) rented by Mrs. Plant (v1.0) but not lived in by her, had the sliding glass door broken and a burgulary. Police, replacing the door this weekend, and why in the Hell won’t she live there when she has all her stuff there?

Howdy Y’all! Home from Maundy Thursday service. It’s a nice service but looooooong! Also, the weather PTB got it right for once. We have had rain and tstorms with more on the way tonight and predicted for tomorrow. We shall see.

{{{Rockin’ and gotti}}} here’s hopin’ everything is fixed and/or cleared up soon.

flytrap that sucks. Hey, if she wants her stuff to be burgled well, OK. Sorry you have to replace the door.

Nettie yay on the new gig and DH’s temp gig. May it turn into permanent soonest.

I shall now go check out a couple things on teh intartoobz and then it’s sleepy time. I’s tahrd!

Nitey Nite Y’all!

Clash of the Titans could be fun…

Just so I can say I contributed to the OP, I had an abdominal ultrasound to check on a portal vein thrombosis, which is a nonblocking blood clot in the vein that connects my liver to my small intestine. It was spotted in an MRI I had done around New Years…

The imaging tech had trouble finding it, and it must not be that big of a deal if the liver surgeon still hasn’t bothered to call me back with official results more than a week later.

I have an appt in the morning for a tit flattening test. I am not felling it. Me thinks I will reschedule.

Went out for a beer:30 after work. Only had a couple beers but we had a helluva fun time anyway. Now I hear my pillow calling my name.

Another one of those days at work. Some jackasses were doing doughnuts in the parking lot when I came home. A neighbor sicced the cops on 'em. I met one of the other neighbors. He was chasing doughnut idiots with a golf driver in one hand, and a PBR in the other. My kind of people.

Rockin’ ,hope they can fix the feet. And yeah, sometimes I have to council my doc, too.

gotti, I’ve had the weird heart thing too, hope the docs can figure it out for you.

TGIF!! It would have been my Firday off if I’d stayed at the other job. Oh well…

It’s very mild out - about 64° but it smells like impending rain. Hope so. Lately, we’ve been more miss than hit, so we have to run the sprinklers on our new seedings. C’mon, grass!!

**FCD **is home today and I’m in for much boredom, but the pay’s the same, so there’s that. It should be slow enough that I can take a few minutes thru the day to do the stretches for my shoulder. I really don’t want to add PT to my schedule if I don’t have to.

We’re watching season 4 of House of Cards and last night, we saw Ep 3 - they guessed wrong about gas prices, but the dirty ads around the primaries seem true-to-life! And I’m beginning to think the Underwoods aren’t a very nice couple… But I do lurves me some Kevin Spacey!

Tomorrow, I’ve got to boil, peel, and color some eggs for deviled eggs. I’ll make 2 different fillings - with and without relish. They’ll all be assembled on Sunday when I get to Mom’s.

Anyway, Happy Firday!

Up, caffeinated, and sheveled. Off to work.

blurf

There were sprinkles along the way to work, but no real rain. Does not bode well for watering the lawn…

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeineatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 61 Amurrkin out and cloudy with a predicted high of 74 and rain later this mornin’ and throughout the afternoon and evenin’. Looks to be a wet Easter this year. Rains are comin’ from the southwest which means this would not be a good weekend to be on the gulf coast of Flahrduh.

Today’s plan is to spiff da cave up a bit. Tonight we shall attend Good Friday services over to the church house. Tomorrow calls for cookage as there will be eight people comin’ Sunday afternoon to chow down.

OK, that’s all I got for now. I need more caffeine and rumbly tummy is hongry. Then, cave spiffin’ awaits!

A blessed Good Friday to all who observe.

Happy Firday Y’all!

Blurf.

Happy Firday!

I feel out of it this morning. I think it’s supposed to rain, and the temps have dropped back down into the 60s.

I need to wake up, have a big ol’ BLURF today.

Office mate is off today. I’m here alone rasslin’ with a spreadsheet version of a drawing tree, trying to verify information from 2 other sources. rah.

BORED!!! It’s keeping me occupied, but it’s BORING!!! And I don’t have speakers for my computer, so all I hear is the rush of the air from the HVAC system and the occasional voices of the guys in the next office.

BORED!!!

Plus no chocolate. :frowning:

Damn!
Call OSHA.

Yay for Nettie and DH. Sorry about the stupid o’clock and the longer commute. Hopefully it will all work out anyway.

Flytrap you rent to Mrs Plant v1.0?

Moooommm - sorry about the BORED! I bet you can pick up a pair of PC speakers cheap at Goodwill or something. At least there’s work to do! Also, you just started to think the Underwoods aren’t very nice?! :dubious:

I must begin to think of Easter ideas. Aack! Also, aack!

OK, I’ve know all along the Underwoods aren’t the sort of folks I’d want as friends, but honestly, after Ep 3, I won’t be surprised at all if Frank kills Claire!

Since hardly anyone is here today, I’m gonna make a long-ish lunch and go out for something rather than eat my boring ham sammich. I’ll need the break.

Indeed.

Da Cave is all spiffed up to and includin’ the bathrooms and kitchen. I even dusted AND vacuumed. Imagine that! I have decided we need shrimps for dindin especially since the Pubic sto’ has 'em on special and will even steam and peel 'em for me. Win-Win!
