Now, it isn’t all that great, but I am trying to finish it. I am on the third level, the mobility lab, and I have just gotten the gearing system allowing me to aim independent of movement. There is a section I could hover over, if only I actually had the ability to hover, and can not exit the room. I have exterminated the humans in the room, but still, nothings happening. What am I missing?

Shoot all the chemical drums. Some of them are blocking your way to a door. Through the room it leads to, you’ll find a way back to this room, but you’ll be on the other side of the holes in the floor. There, you’ll find the hover gadget.
Now that you’ve got me working on this thing, I’m stuck on level 4. I’m pretty sure I’ve been everywhere except through the locked door, and don’t see any way to open it.
Never mind. Just read the description for the hover gadget, and it allows me to go down a stairwell I’d been ignoring.
Oh, I knew about the door, but I forgot I could only select two attributes at a time. Thus, when I went to the door, it refused to open, since I hadn’t enable the processor. However, I recalled, and was able to open the door. Well, on to the rest. Well, thanks guys.
