Does being with the same woman for many years make a man fat and lazy with less testosterone? Do single guys who are on the prowl chasing skirts have more testosterone than the old married guys?
Testosterone is necessary for a normal sex drive. But high testosterone does not equal high sex drive, nor does low testosterone equal low sex drive, unless the level is extremely low. Nor do low and high testosterone levels co-incide with body morphology. Human physiology is far more complex than that.

Well, I’ve will have been married for 59 years in April and I would guess than my testosterone isn’t all that high.
